Faces of India - 56

Hot dosas being made at a roadside eatery. When so many are being made simultaneously, the cook has all his concentration on them.

Faces of India, a series through which I intend to portray the various characters of my country. See more here.

Great portrait of the cook and I like that there were people in the background included.

The best thing about these road side ones is that they are fresh and hot. No need to worry about "what stale stuff is going to come out of the kitchen" when you are in a restaurant
